Though I have been amazed by Cirque de Soleil, I get very tired of all the frenchy gesturing and posturing before the feat. It’s way too precious for me, especially with that over the top sentimental music. I go to the ballet or opera for that. Give me the good old American three ring circus any day. I’m talking about Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey’s Greatest Show on Earth. Now that’s the real deal.

I love this town. It’s a real city. It has become my new favorite city.
