SUNDAY WISDOM
Sunday, November 30th, 2008What kind of spiritual triumph it was I can neither write nor speak; it can only be compared with that where life is born in the midst of death, and is like the resurrection of the dead.

The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naive forgive and forget; the wise forgive but do not forget.

11/12/08 was a bit of a tough day for me. I lost a portable hard drive with all my personal photos on a Southwest airplane. BTW, if someone took it or finds it please return it. I didn’t back up the most recent 5000 photos, including the birth of my son Dexter and the wonderful one on one fishing trips with my son Bailey. Very painful and sad. I was then told that my car was going to cost thousands of dollars to fix. I thought it just needed a couple of brake pads. Bummer. Sometimes I wish I was just a paper puppet and I had some sorta speed of light car. I am also in Dallas promoting PAH. I’m happy to do it, though it feels weird sometimes like I am underwater repeating myself over and over yet no one hears me. Anyhow, this is my video to give you a sense of what it is like to be me at times. Enjoy.
I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others, rather than to be false, and to incur my own abhorrence.
