SUNDAY WISDOM

What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.

Nice quote CRC. Thanks for weaving such positive effects into mine.

  2. The Barn Says:

I can only hope that I have made a grand contribution to our world before I pass, but rest assured, there are alot of folks that will be passing through my mind on the day I do. Just to mention a few, would be those who contribute here at CRC Blog. Not a day goes by now where I don’t think about our beloved Captain, CRC, and I will never forget my Brodda Dugsy. And yes Dan you and Suzanne pass by my grey matter often.
I guess that leaving this plane with those thoughts and taking them with you when one dies, would be a most fitting tribute when we take the journey. The gathering of thoughts to bring to the other side.
    Be well all,

I know my Sister Anna is brewin something good for this one. Can’t wait. Bring it Girl!

  3. Doug Says:

I must agree with Dan & Brodda Barn, thanks for weaving positive effects in my life also. As always, you never cease to amaze & inspire us.

Dan: thanks for all that you, Suzanne and the rest of Madonna U do in the name of JC, education and humanity.

Brodda: Thanks for being true, you’re a man of integrity & loyalty. You have already made a great contribution to our world. Never stop heart speaking. Did you know that we are known in the Himalayas? Yup, Priya can vouch for me.

I am wit ya about sister Anna, too, she’s brewin’ something good, and I am looking forward to the read.

In closing, this one is for posterity…”All For One, One For ALL.

    Be well, riding the swells.

Catch everyone on the next wave!

  4. Anna Says:

    SPIDER WOMAN
    Southwestern Native American

In the beginning, there was the dark purple light at the dawn of being. Spider Woman spun a line to form the east, west, north, and south. Breath entered man at the time of the yellow light. At the time of the red light, man proudly faced his creator.

Spider Woman used the clay of the earth, red, yellow, white, and black, to create people. To each she attached a thread of her web which came from the doorway at the top of her head. This thread was the gift of creative wisdom. Three times she sent a great flood to destroy those who had forgotten the gift of her thread. Those who remembered floated to the new world and climbed to safety through the Sipapu Pole the womb of Mother Earth.

I knew you’d come through Anna! Iktome Wacapi Wakan! The Universal Star Spider! Great legend told by a great woman! THANK YOU!
    Be well

  6. Dan Says:

Thanks Barn, We’ve all been privileged to get an occasional glimpse of your walk down the red road.
At times I feel like one of CRC’s merry cast of misfits, each one has individual character. You certainly have made a very positive contribution and I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see more evidence of this in 2009.

Got yer email. Surfs up and I’m in!

  7. The Barn Says:

Thanks Dan. With the PAH Alumni at Madonna U working the web for this cause we just entered light speed of the cause. Not only does the Speed Of Light Car travle at incredible speeds, it also hold an infinite number of occupants, & we all ride with the Captain.
And yes I agree with you on the “Merry Cast Of Misfits” statement. I liken it to being in a circus, and CRC is the Grand Ring Master of The Grandest Show In The Universe! RB&BB would be proud.
Brodda? Surfs definitly up! Your take?
    Be well all,
