1.	Anna, it is amazing how people came up with the way to preserve food. You mentioned the hunters’ wives and Indian candy. That sounds dandy, made me think about the fishermen, their wives and how they salted their catch to make Everyone’s candy. I guess boils down to where we are, what flavors we savor, and the knife-wielding wife who slices and spices those many flavors of life. No matter how much fun these women had, I bet they were all happy when Choo Choo Charlie, the engineer who powered his engine with Good & Plenty candy, came to town. Their life could not get any sweeter, especially with fresh goodies in town.

Dearest Jewel of the East,
It is my hope and prayer that CRC will be able to find his way through the gates of your Mother ( India). I am aware of the attention that Slum Dog had given… but I can assure you that CRC riding on his iron camel, vrooming through the slums, will not only be a something to see and hear, he will make every heart & soul feel like millionaires. I do not say this for the sake of saying. I am positive that every heart that has ever come to know him will echo my sediments.
I have much to say about your very flattering comment, but I made a vow to myself to be brief. I do not want to be taken as a man who likes to toss plastic rose petals. So, as I send much love and thanks, please allow me to put it this way, if someone deserves praise, I make it a point to toss a freshly cut praises. That’s how I am; and it is too late to change me now. Thank you for being such a sparkling jewel in our lives.
I have really tried to pass an olive branch to your Mother (India), but due to the state of affairs, and other things, the birds have enjoyed the olives. Please make no mistake, I am deeply touched and honored by our friendship at the same time. Like I alluded to earlier, I do not want to be perceived as a man who likes to toss just for the sake of tossing. that’s just not what I am all about.
I promise to become a better friend. You mentioned how I spread the news about CRC’s greatness. Well, after hoboing and spreading the word, I actually feel as though I failed him—so thanks so much for expressing that. You know what they say. “You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make them drink.” Why I am beginning to wonder if camels would easier to lead than horses.

Hi Roberta! I loved singing along with Dooley Wilson. You know something? I am so happy that not just 1, but 3 Humphrey Bogart movies, found a good home and person. What a fitting title, especially because as time goes by and people are struggling to make ends meet. I have been seeing more and more garage sales. People have no choice but to sell whatever just to pay bills and buy food. Speaking of food, I did not read about England asking the USA beef companies to quit the hormones in the meat or they won’t buy our beef. This will really hurt our economy. Talk about ends meat. Oh well, we need to keep the faith.

Brodda, you’re welcome! No matter what day, I hope you had a great day! Looks like I am going to be baking a German chocolate cake for ya. Can you eat pecans?
Now, you are too much! You should know that I always leave a spike in the boxcar door. C’mon now! Anyhow, good to see you too, brodda.

Whoa, Cali! Congratulations on your new job. Sounds to me like you have a good shot at becoming an Uncle Fester. Imagine all the money and energy you will be saving…Cali Fester Green. :) J
Not to sound like a wise guy, but thank goodness you’re not a woman in a dress, then you’d really cause an avalanche, all in the name of Homeland security.
Hey, all kidding aside, my thoughts and prayers are still with ya!
Keep going with the flux! Surf’s up! And we’re all Hanging Ten! Be swell, my friend!

Hi Suzanne! Please send my regards to Dan and every heart at Madonna U!

O – Anna, I hope your painted tablecloth isn’t stained with blood.

Happy Birthday to you Barn, hopefully from the "Burrito Lady" searching NY to LA to NM. Tell me to "Break a Leg" okay.........and all the meat, bear, elk, buffalo and deer taste the same to me.Musky...with teriyaki sance. Didn't realize it was reddish purple in color till Roberta mentioned it.

Nothing like the dead body of a deer on your kitchen table.....at least he skinned it, shot in the back yard...........last night.

Happy B day Barn... I'm pulling 6 days with 10 hours a day and so far the radiation has not shown up. Good thing is that we are coating the generator diesels which are a good distance away from the core reactor. I do get searched everyday though when I enter the plant. Something to do with me owning a chevy avalanche. I always have to get out and open the hood while they walk around the truck with a mirror searching underneath.

Then I have to open all the back bed containers up and then where I have to park is a 10 minute walk into the plant where we do another search to get into the restricted area. The job couldn't have came at a better time, except I now have no life except work and sleep.

I'm starting to hear from the video positions from all the resume's I have sent out so hopefully soon I'll be back into production. I had a cll from the Arizona Department of Public Safety for volunteer video production assistant and still waiting on the Salt River Maricopa Pima Indian community to get back to me. That's the job I really want. Still trying for Fender Guitar and Go Daddy.com..

I'm hoping to be in my home for the last month before it geads for auction unless they decide to help me and modify my loan after the hardship I had. Will see. At least I'll be able to use the pool and jacuzzi to loosen up my old bones after working 10 hours.

Life is a constant state of flux.....

Sometimes people play better when slightly drunk, not totaly because the music seems to flow through the body especially if one is shy. I play poker better, take more chances.

And the feathers mean something in Indian Lore. Next year I'm going to the Pow Wow totaly prepared, digital camera and all. I took pictures but they were ruined on a throw away camera. The Indian costumes were so beautiful.

Hi Doug. Yeah, that's the song! Found 3 Humphrey Bogart movies at the Huge Sale garage sale. My partner says African Queen is always cited as a great screenplay. I'll watch that one next.

He also tells me what makes the elk so much healthier is there is no marbling in the meat. The fat is where the toxins are. Even elk has some environmental toxins from jet fuel on the grass/planet but when I opened the packages my friend gave me, the meat is purple red with hardly any white at all.

She gave me bear once from Canada that her husband shot. So long ago don't remember the flavor. But the elk is delicious. I'm a fan of Ted Turner's bison ranch as bison, not beef, are native to America & need much less personal care/antibiotics. Did you read England is asking the USA beef companies to quit the hormones in the meat or they won't buy our beef?

Won't that be nice. I'm going to plant some beans. I like mine organic. Here's looking at you kid. ~ :-)

Dear Mr. Coppola,

Greetings from India again! I have just listened to your piano composition -- and if this is how you play when drunk, then I wonder how you must be playing while sober!!

This was not mere music, it was emotion of the highest order that shatters boundaries of race or nationality, and brings out the inner being in every man!

You, Sir, are a great man -- and exactly the kind of person that Doug Aarne, the Hobo Prophet, announces you to be to the whole world!

Doug is such a great personality himself that any credentials he gives to anyone mean a whole world! He has spread your name amongst many in this part of the world and indeed were it not for him people would never have known that such greatness as yours exists in the world.

Your greatness comes out in the birthday greetings you gave to Barn in the above comments, it is the best birthday comment I have ever read for anyone by anyone.

I quote your words below to Barn:

"Yeah, I felt that. Odd how things synchronize. I always felt I had an angel watching over me. In many ways, I should be dead already. I have a sense that it is a she watching over me.

A very happy birthday to you, dear Barn. You are someone who can say you have graced our planet, our humanity by not complaining and giving back unselfishly for the good of all."

May I wish Barn a happy birthday in your great words, dear Mr. Christopher Coppola!! And congratulations to you again for such beautiful music!!

That's just plain old deer jerky but I ate a Buffalo burger in Wyoming once. But if the hunters whose wives don't do Bear, elk or other critters give me more meat, I'll send it on. That's what Adam always wants, and Dr. Anderson, it seem to calm him.......Indian Candy....
