My dad’s passing is now in every newspaper connecting his death to the famous people of my family. I am grateful I had 48 hours to share my sentiments from the heart before it became public. My father’s death is the most intense I have had to comprehend so far. It’s going to hit me even harder later. I want you to know I now understand the pain all of you have felt with the death of your own loved ones.

Fisrt of all, I present my sincere condolences. I’m a fan of the Coppola family since a long time. You write: “I want you to know I now understand the pain all you have felt with the death of your own loved ones”. So you must know now that the pain at the death of a loved one is indescribable. There almost four months since Christian, my husband, died at the age of 42 years and I’m still not recovered. I wish your family and you courage in this ordeal.

Your words of loving son are the best tribute, they are not cold news, but from your inside feelings.
I lost my father 12 years ago and still miss him.
