Well Done Dougie, I always loved the 12 days of Christmas and just looked up the lyrics and found the meaning behind it. I just thought it was some rich guy buying all this strange stuff for his true love. I saw a cartoon with the Lords a leapin and all……and a big ole dinner with the geese a laying and geese eggs…
Partridge in a Palm tree…Baby Jesus being born in Bethlahem, a starry night under a palm tree, the oasis in the desert…..The star of the East is a supernova which comes every 500 years, or so they said…

On the first day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me,
One really cool tipi.
On the second day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me,
Some pemmicin, wasna, and stew!
On the third day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me,
A sweat lodge to have an Inipi………..
On the 365th day of Christmas,
My true love gave to me,
Nothing. She ran out of stuff to give.
May we all have a better year this year. I think mine will be a doozy!
Be well,
