I gave my 3 yr old daughter a red rose for valentines day. She carries it around everywhere she goes. She has slept with it for 2 nights in a row. (At this rate, it isn’t going to last very long!)
She shows it off to everyone she meets and says, “This rose means mydaddy loves me!” (She always says mydaddy as if it is one word.)

Like being offered a mini chocolate doughnut from your toddler grandson…it’s amazing that we learn to talk at such a young age, our species..

How will you know if reach exceeds grasp, if you don’t try?

Even reaching for the stars is small thing compared to the big picture.

CRC,
I agree when looking at the big picture, I was just relating to a smaller perspective.
